I can't send and receive MMS

MMS can contain media files such as pictures and audio files. You can send MMS to one or more phones and to email addresses. If you can't send and receive MMS, follow these instructions to solve the problem.

Want to write and send an MMS? It's easy, but you need to set up your mobile phone for MMS before you can use this function.

Create MMS

Tap Messages.

Create MMS

Tap the new message icon in the top right corner of the display.

Enter recipient

iMessages can be sent to phone numbers or email addresses if the recipient has iOS5 installed on his/her device. If the recipient can receive iMessages, iMessage is displayed. Remember, you need to turn on iMessages before you can write iMessages.

Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Tap the required contact.

Write the text

Tap the text input field.
Write the text for your MMS.

Insert pictures and video clips

Tap the camera icon.

Tap Choose Existing.
Go to the required folder.
