Want to use the map functions in Bing Maps? It's easy, but you need to set up your mobile phone for internet and turn on GPS before you can use this function.
Slide your finger left on the display.
Tap the search icon.
Key in the required destination and tap arrow right.
The selected destination is displayed as a point on the map.
Use map functions in Bing Maps
Follow the steps below to view your options while using Bing Maps.
Tap the directions icon.
Tap arrow right to plan a route to the destination.
After a moment, the directions are displayed.
If required, tap the required mode of transportation at the top of the display.
Follow the instructions on the display to go to the selected destination.
Tap the Return key to return to the map.
View current position
Tap the current position icon.
Save favourite destination
Tap the information field above the destination.
Tap the favourite icon to save the destination as a favourite.
Tap the confirm icon to confirm.
Tap the Return key.
View favourite destinations
Tap the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.
Tap favourite places.
Tap the required destination to see more information.
Tap the Return key twice to return to the map.
Drag two fingers together or apart to zoom in or out.
Tap clear map.
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
Tap anywhere to dismiss
